Job Summary

AspireWise Business Solutions is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and ensure smooth administrative processes within the company. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks, including scheduling, document management, client communications, and general office duties. This role requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

●     Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for leadership and team members.

●     Handle client communications via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring timely responses and excellent service.

●     Organize and maintain digital and physical files, including confidential business documents.

●     Prepare reports, presentations, and other business-related documents as needed.

●     Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining updated client records in the CRM system.

●     Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and technology needs to support team productivity.

●     Perform general office duties, including answering phones, sorting mail, and handling correspondence.

Qualifications

● Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a business consulting or corporate environment.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills.
● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
● Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to work independently and take initiative on administrative tasks
